1. Bookkeeping Services: What is the number of bank transactions in the last financial year?

Athel will record each bank transaction in a computerised accounting software such as Xero and AutoCount. Count each incoming receipt as one transaction, each outgoing payment as another.

2. Accounting Services: Do you require a full set of financial statements (UFS)?*

UFS is a translation of management accounts (ie balance sheet and Profit or Loss statements) in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). All Singapore incorporated companies are required to file financial statements with ACRA, unless exempted.

3. Corporate Secretarial Services: Do you need secretarial services for ACRA lodgements?*

Athel will be your named secretary on ACRA Business Profile, prepare resolutions and minutes, maintain statutory registers, and make ACRA filings on behalf.

Athel will prepare lists of sales and expenses, computes input and output tax and submits IRAS GST Form 5.
